Casebook Review:
Another incredible book by Evans and Skinner, who have worked together on several previous books. In this one they tackle the voluminous Ripper correspondence. Most readers are familiar with the Dear Boss, Saucy Jacky and From Hell letters - but here, Evans and Skinner provide information on dozens and dozens of others, many including color photographs of the originals, never before published. The book is lavishly illustrated and a great insight into the phenomenon of the Ripper letters themselves - a handsome and highly recommended addition to any Ripper collection.
