An Alleged Jack the Ripper
New Haven, Jan. 21. F.R. Harrison, who has been arrested as a boarding house beat, is accused of being the person who has sent various citizens letters signed Jack the Ripper, threatening to kill disreputable women. Writing found on his person resembles that in the letters. Harrison claims to be a New York detective.
