Jack-the-Ripper once More.
The Detective Department at Scotland Yard are engaged in making inquiries as to the author of a letter received on Monday by Mr. Mead, the magistrate at the Thames Police Court, signed "Jack-the-Ripper". The letter, which was addressed to the magistrate, stated that Jack-the-Ripper had again arrived in London, and would shortly resume operations. On the epistle was the outline of a coffin, drawn with blood or red ink, and in a piece of tissue paper was a piece of dried liver.
