Another Jack the Ripper Crank
New Haven, Jan. 21. A man recently wrote to the postmaster, saying he was about to begin slaughtering women, and signed the letter Jack the Ripper. The police arrested F.R. Harris on a charge of forgery. Letters in the same handwriting as that received by the postmaster were found on him.
