At Bradford to-day a good looking, well-dressed young woman was charged with writing letters signed "Jack the Ripper" to the local press and the Chief Constable. She was remanded on the charge of inciting a breach of the peace.
The bones of a woman's arm, apparently boiled, were found in a parcel at Pickham on Thursday night. The authorities attach small importance to the matter.
