Jack the Ripper at Work

Vienna, Dec. 29.
The body of Franzska Hofer has been found in her apartment here dissected by an unknown "Jack the Ripper." It is only recently that similar crimes were committed in Amsterdam and Brussels. The police entertain the theory that a maniac woman killer is roving over Europe.
