Vienna, Dec. 28.
The police believe Jack the Ripper is a maniac woman who has been travelling from place to place in Europe. A few weeks ago, mutilated bodies were found in Amsterdam, then in Brussels. Now, Franzeska Hofer has been found in her apartments here, skilfully dissected. No clew to the prepetrator.
