The petition for executive clemency in the case of Mrs. Maybrick, the American woman under sentence of death in London, Eng., was signed by Minister Lincoln on the 12th. The number of signatures for her pardon has already amounted to one hundred thousand. August 26 has been set for the day of the execution.
