ARRESTED AT WASHINGTON
A Man Who May Be New York's Jack the Ripper

Washington, April 30.
A man answering in some particulars the description of Jack the Ripper, is now under arrest here, awaiting the arrival of New York authorities.

The body of an unknown man has been discovered at London. The remains bear a strange likeness to the description given of Jack the Ripper, and by some it is thought that at the last the mystery of that fiend has been unveiled.
