JACK THE RIPPER

American papers describe the re-apparition of Jack the Ripper, who made himself notorious by his many murders of women in Whitechapel, London, some years ago. It is now said that he has murdered a woman in Douglas street, with all the cold-blooded cruelty of his former career.
