Another Jack the Ripper

Vienna, Aug. 19.
A man named Schneider, who appears willing to be another "Jack the Ripper", is attacking women here. Within five days he has killed three girls. The body of one of his victims has just been found by a peasant woman who recognized it to be her daughter.
