"Is this 'Jack the Ripper?'"

London, Dec. 10.-- In a cheap restaurant in Bermondsey, a suburb of London, to-night a man, without provocation, cut the throat of the landlord's daughter. She is not expected to recover. There are rumors that the would-be murderer is "Jack the Ripper."
