THE RIPPER AGAIN

Body of a Foreign Woman Found Mutilated in a Most Horrible Manner

London, June 22.
A horrible murder was discovered yesterday in Whitfield street, Tottenham road. A foreign woman named Mme. Ashton was found dead and her head shockingly disfigured. The last visitor observed by neighbors was evidently a French man, and he is suspected of being the murderer. Enormous crowds are blocking the streets in the vicinity, and tremendous excitement prevails as the crime is laid by many at the door of "Jack the Ripper."
