Another Jack the Ripper

Panama, Nov. 24.

The Panama Star and Herald says:

Late advices from Lima, Peru, say that the police are at last on the track of the Peruvian Jack the Ripper who has been spreading terror in the low quarters for some time. He has committed a number of crimes after the manner of his English namesake. Another horrible murder was committed only last night in the Hotel Universe but the police think it will be the last as they propose to have the man before long.
