Has He Left England to Continue His Crimes in Germany?

New York, Oct. 18.
An evening paper prints a dispatch from Hamburg, Germany, stating that the mutilated body of a woman has been found in Flensburg, a suburb of the city, in circumstances and surroundings suggesting that Jack the Ripper has transferred his operations to the continent.
