The mutilated trunk of a woman has been found on the Thames embankment at Whitehall.

The body of the woman found at Whitehall was dismembered and much decomposed, and it is believed that it is the trunk part of the woman whose arms were recently found in the neighbourhood of Pimlico and Lambeth.
