Another "Jack the Ripper"

Berlin, April 3.

This city was agitated today by the announcement of a supposed "Jack the Ripper" murder. The body of a prostitute was found strangled on the staircase of a house near the police bureau in Kaiser Wilhelmstrasse. The murderer had apparently been disturbed while at his work and compelled to escape before he had time to mangle the woman.
