We received this delightful and highly appropriate cartoon from Dave Froggatt
and felt we need look no further for a suitable cover for our Christmas issue.
He tells us it came from the Illustrated London News of 1 st April 1899 -
quite why this should appear in April is open to debate - nevertheless
it makes a perfect statement for the cold wintery months ahead!
