London, Dec.18.
As a result of secret examinations in connection with the West End scandal, a summons has been issued for the arrest of
solicitors Arthur and Newton, clerk Taylor and interpreter Delga, for conspiracy to defeat justice. It is understood that
Newton assisted the proprietors of the Cleveland street house, in which the scandal occurred, in reaching America.
