NB: The only copy of this book I've been able to find resides in the Rare Book room of Kent State Library. To date I've not yet been able to persuade them to allow me to make copies of the item, as it is very brittle and can easily be destroyed.

Apart from that, a poorly stained, torn and, apparently, burned copy was put on microfilm some years back (that's where I got the above image). Unfortunately a large middle section of the book is unreadable due to these mutilations. Anyone living in the Kent State/Ohio area and interested in pestering the library to allow us to get copies of this book in the interests of preservation... you've got my blessing!! ;-)
