I was in a local comic store a few days ago and found a box of trading cards called "The Autumn of Fear: Jack The Ripper". The set contains 36 cards, each with a picture of a different Ripper suspect, victim and area on one side and a brief synopsis of the crimes and the times on the other. I bought them to add to my collection and am just wondering if anyone else has seen or heard of these?

What? There are thirty-six suspects? By jove, was there anyone in London who was innocent?

Dear Esther,

The cards have been around since 1993, and usually sell for about $15 for a complete set in very good condition (that includes the box). Stephen and I have them for sale through Greystone Books.

Mark, NOT 36 suspects....36 cards with murder victims, sites, etc., done relatively well in sepia tone. It's quite a nice set, actually.

Cheers,

J
