Can anybody confirm that this film was actually made/exists? Where did the authors of the 'A-Z of Jack the Ripper' get the info from?

Hello Martin, The Film Black the Ripper was made in 1975. It was directed and written by Frank R Saletri who also wrote Blackenstein in 1973. The cast for the film was Renata Harmon, Bole Nikoli and Hugh van Putten that I know of. That is all I know I'm afraid. If I find out anymore I will post in on the message board for you. Regards, G

My question is: is anybody certain that this film ever got made? It is true that there was an advance ad for the film in VARIETY. But there seems little evidence anywhere else that the film actually exists. I would love to hear from somebody who knows the answer to this question.
