Does anyone know a great deal about the series of London-based serial killings that occurred at the EXACT SAME TIME as the Whitechapel murders--the "Thames Torso Murders" of four women between 1887 and 1889?

And the so-called "Whitehall" and "Pinchin Street" dismemberment murders--are they included in the "Torso" series by most commentators?

Hi James,

I'd refer you to : "The Thames Torso Murders of Victorian London" by R. Michael Gordon. It's well written and he tries to tie the Torso murders to George Chapman. And yes, he does include Whitehall and Pinchin Street in the "Torso" series.

Sir Robert,

Where can I find this document?

And which witness really DID identify Kosminski?

And why do you believe such a silly thing, you old British politician? Why do you insist on picking on what Sugden called a "harmless imbecile"?

James,

I bought it through Amazon. Go through the link at the bottom of the page and you'll help support the Casebook.

All I can say is: "I thought I knew".

Regards,

Sir Robert
