Casebook Message Boards: Ripper Victims: General Discussion: Mary Kelly - position of objects in room

Hi Guys, I have been aware of the Casebook for many years now but this is my first venture into the forums. I've been reading about the position and photography of MJK's room and have seen nothing to this effect:- If Mary's room had a small bed (3ft wide I've seen quoted) in it and she had people staying/live-in lovers surely the bed would not be against the wall on one side as this would restrict access on one side and as we all know having someone climb over you all the time is a pain in the posterior! This gap would have allowed the camera to be positioned on the left of the bed for the MJK 2nd photo. Also does the camera in this second photo look like it is resting on the washstand that some reports claim was on this side of the bed. Peek
