Yup, Ross Strachan does...he has posted a notice on the Trading Post under that title.

Be aware that it will be in PAL format, which is NOT US VCR compatible. I got a copy transferred from a friend's copy (by a video service) for $35, so it was worth it. The RIPPER FILE is devilishly hard to find!!
