Whilst looking through the Census records on all Joseph Fleming's, I noticed a Joseph Fleming, from Bethnal Green. This particular J.Fleming married in 1894 in Bethnal Green. Marriage details will be researched further and i shall post when i know. Richard

Monty - Did you not read Evans and Connell's "The Man Who Hunted JTR?" They believe the mysterious "Morganstone" may have been a Dutch gas stoker named Adrienus Morgestern or his brother (whose name escapes me at the moment). Although I suppose a Mr Morgan Stone might not be out of the question :-) Please keep us posted, Richard. CMD

Hi Richard I have just done a search at www.rootsweb.com under their freebmd service and come up with this Joseph William Fleming married March quarter Bethnal Green volume 1c page 248 Possible partners are Jessamine Amos or Catherine Redfern hope this helps all the best steve

Hi Richard I forgot to state the year it is of course 1894 as you probably know if you quote this reference it will make it easier to get a copy of certificate from GRO all the best steve
