A longitudinally-split femur?
Nick Warren has claimed that a longitudinally-split femur is visible in the center of this second photograph.

The importance of a circumferential slice
A theory suggesting that a circumferential slice was carved into Kelly's right leg, and that perhaps fingerprints found in relation to this cut may indicate that the killer was left-handed, or ambidextrous.
