Alleged accomplice with Miss Winberg of Dr Alexander Pedachenko. Levitski was supposed to have been the lookout, while Pedachenko committed the murders. And according to William Le Queux Levitski also wrote the Jack the Ripper letters. It is then claimed that he was exiled with Winberg to Yakutsk.
