"Jack the Ripper" has reached the footlights at last. Marlando Clarke, an English actor who has starred of late in "Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde," is going to produce a play founded upon the Whitechapel horrors. He will try it on Brooklyn first, then get it in shape for Chicago, Galveston and other centres of critical acumen.
