Dusseldorf, Germany, Nov. 21.
The Jack the Ripper who has been terrorizing this city for the past few months has sent a letter to a woman describing in detail the murder of her foster daughter, as a result of which the woman is on the verge of insanity.
The style of the letter has led to the assumption that the writer must be mentally deranged. Handwriting experts are examining the missive for a clue to the wholesale murderer, whose victims are known to number more than half a dozen.
