The torso of a little boy aged 5 years approx was found in the thames. The little boy has been identified to be of African origin. Just recently (a matter of a few days ago) detectives have arrested a man by the name of Kingsley o j . I am certain today,as i was a few years ago that this boy was brought to britain through slave traders. Social services have not enough training to combat the problems of the growing trade of human trafficking, it has also been mentioned that the police have not fully made social services aware of these problems either. It had been in the media in 2001-2002 that the boy had been killed by a ritual murder concerning the horrible practices of 'Black Magic', that the contents of the boy's stomach revealed a metal that was not identifiable on earth, also that gold and some other peculiar substances had also been found in the gut also. |

Hi Jenni It appears that such trafficking and ritual murders may be taking place. However, I find that article misleading, in that it first raises the spectre of 300 young mostly African children who might have been killed. It turns out though, as the article then gets around to explaining that more than likely the children are fine but just lost to the sytem. That is, the system has lost track of them after their arrival in the country. To quote the representative of the teachers' union: "We have quite a large number of parents or families who apparently go missing but actually just move on and don't know that they have to inform anyone." Thus the article is somewhat on the alarmist side when there appear to be problems of recordkeeping that might be giving a skewed view of the actual situation.
