Below is the 1891 census entry for Frank Ruffell. The address is 38 Quaker Street Buildings, Christchurch, Spitalfields

The same article appeared originally in (I think) the New York Herald. It certainly puts a different spin on the claim that the police immediately dismissed the attack on Annie Farmer (here identified as 'Dark Sarah')
