the witness matthew packer, said he saw a man with elizabeth stride between 12:00-12:30 a.m. well any way he said he was wearing a long black coat buttoned up, and a frock coat.If the suspect was wearing his coat buttoned up. then how did he know that he was wearing a frock coat. when the suspect would have had to have worn it under neath his long black coat that was buttoned up. |
