Came across this on the Scifi Channel for a new (?) show called "Timecop".

"Public Enemy"
Logan and Eliot Ness work together to stop the Ripper, who has joined forces with Al Capone, from retrieving his time machine.

And in this series, the "Ripper" will be another named Ian Pascoe a time traveling criminal who has killed Jack the Ripper AND THAKEN HIS PLACE so HE can become the most famed and notorious serial killer in history!

Don't know anything else about the show. I wonder how they depict the original Ripper?
