I read from a quality encyclopedia type book that had nothing to do with Jack the Ripper that during that time there was a rivalry between the East and West end. The West being the rich ones and the East being the poor ones. Is this true? If so, this could maybe point towards a rich man from the West end killing poor prostitutes from the East. Recall Hutchinsions descriptive account? Chuck |
