Hi, I found some ship crew lists for the Saucy Jack. The first is from 1877, but there's an older one from 1875, and the second is from 1890. The ship was in Australian waters at these times, but it was sailing from Dungeness, and the crew, although different on the different dates, is made up of Scots for the most part. There's another interesting incident of a Saucy Jack that lost a young sailor from Hull in 1881. I don't know if it's the same ship. These are the only Saucy Jacks that I can find that sailed at the time of the Whitechapel murders.
