I am doing some work on locating entries within the diary that give an indication of the date that the entry was made - or the date when we are supposed to think it was made. Below is what I have some up with so far. Any comments or filling of gaps would be appreciated. Hi Chris, This could prove very useful indeed - many thanks for starting us off! I don't have too much time these days, so hopefully there will be others who can help fill in some blanks. Love, Caz X |

Chris - regarding 4/24/89 - isn't that the day Florence bought her first batch of flypapers? (Second purchase 4/29....) Sir Robert "I only thought I knew" SirRobertAnderson@gmail.com

Hi Sir Robert Yes that is true but this is not referred to in the Dairy. What I am trying to do is establisha timeline from the internal references within the diary - such as standing feet from His Royal Highness at the race meeting - which I think refers to a newspaper article about the Price of Wales attending the Grand National at Aintree. All the best Chris |
