The Suspects section has this to say about Pedachenko. Born: 1857?. Died: 1908?. First suspected: 1928, William LeQueux in Things I Know. Later Donald McCormick, Identity of Jack the Ripper However, the article below from the Pall mall Gazette of 28 November 1888 sounds like it has quite a bit in common with him Chris

Chris This story refers to Nicholas Vassily (or Wassili or Vassilyoff depending on which paper you read). Of course, it is possible the Pedachenko story began from the same source. "Everyone else my age is an adult, whereas I am merely in disguise."
