I have today received notification of a new yahoo group at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/b_u_c_c/ their statement is as follows: This forum investigates and discusses British/UK Unsolved Crimes from A to Z: infamous cases, such as the young Princes in the Tower, The Murder of Lord Darnley, The Jack the Ripper Murders, and the investigation into the deaths of Princess Diana and Dodi al Fayed, to name a few; as well as obscure cases. This includes all eras and areas/countries of the UK and the R of I. Discussion of solved UK crime as well as solved and unsolved crimes outside of the UK is permitted for comparison. This group will hold an annual luncheon meeting in Central London for discussion and tour of the Jack the Ripper and other London murder scenes, or a London Museum, etc.

Re the above message for any who weren't aware there is already a JTR group in existence. This is at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Jack_the_Ripper/ their statement is: This group is for the discussion of history's most notorious serial killer - Jack the Ripper. Who was he? Why wasn't he caught? These are just some of the questions that have plagued Ripperologist for decades. Anyone interested in discussing this famous case, please feel free to join our list. This list was started on September 5, 1998. |
