G'day Help,

Don't hand your report in, (assuming it's a school report), if you haven't looked at the murder of the last victim attributed to the Ripper, (Mary Jane Kelly)! It was the most 'colourful' and alot of theories have evolved around it!

Always last minute.
I've done it.
My students do it.
Nothing changes really.

Maņana! Maņana! By the way, Christian, Gary, and everyone, you may be interested in the posting I have just made in the Pub thread about the timeline for confirmed murders by the confessed Green River killer, Gary L. Ridgway. We might wish to bear it in mind when we think of a possible last victim and indeed first victim for the Whitechapel murderer and how far apart his victims might have been in terms of time. It is often thought of course that "Jack" only murdered from August 31 through November 9, 1888, in London's East End, but did he in fact commit murders somewhere else before that period, or somewhere else after his supposed August through November '88 killing spree in the East End? shakehead

All the best

Chris

Exactly Chris.

Some brilliant minds get to grips with Jack's murders, but the minds I like the best are those that are never quite made up while the facts are wanting.

So let's have that question again:

When was the last murder?

How long is a piece of string?

Love,

Caz

Mary Jane Kelly, Friday 9th November 1888 is considered the last JtR victim by many. She died some time between 4am and 9.30am.

Mary Jane Kelly but we will likely never know unless on the off hand chance we come up with concrete evidence as to who Saucy Jack really was. Theoretically he could have killed well into the 20th century. Neil
