Hi all! As always, sorry if this has been discussed on here before, but I wanted to ask about this problem I've been having with using quotes from other posters' posts recently. When I click to preview my new message, after I've added said quotes, I've been getting weird symbols and numbers in some of the quotes, such as the one on the title of this topic - "#&8227", amongst others. It can get pretty annoying at times, especially if it's a longer post, because I have to re-edit my post to wipe out those in the quotes. It only seems to happen when there are things like dots (...) or apostophes/colons in the quotes, it only happens when I use quotes from other posters, and it's only been happening for the last couple of weeks. So, I was wondering if someone can explain why that could be happening, and if there is any way it can be stopped? Thanks for any help anyone can give! Regards, Adam. "...Since then the idea has taken full possession of me, and everything fits in and dovetails so well that I cannot help feeling that this (George Chapman) is the man we struggled so hard to capture fifteen years ago..." - Inspector Frederick Abberline, March 1903 interview, Pall Mall Gazette . Hmmm.....
