Sitting here, I thought of the old police rule of thumb - he who finds the body shall more often than not prove to be the killer... That was even the case with some serial killers who assisted in searches for missing persons - knowing perfectly well where they were - provided "helpful" hints, etc... And I wondered - how much do we really know about the people who found the victims? Or the people who were with them... or may have - intentionally, perhaps - led them to the proximity of the bodies... |
