I was just wondering - is the whole conspiracy/cover-up by the royal family and the association with the free masons recognized by most serious ripperologists as just a bunc of hullalaboo? Is it just something that the clueless (like myself) consider as a legitimate possibility or do the serious investigators out there actually consider this scenario or some variation there of as a possiblility? Also - what about that "depp" movie? I mean , is there ANY inkling at all that mary kelly wasnt actually the last victim? I've pretty much seen all the beheadings , and far worse that plays out amongst the powers/terrorists of eastern culture, but for some reason nothing seems to make me more sick than the last brutalized body. It says something about our society - even stronger than any of the terrorist acts or any of the political struggles of the world. Its simple and base , in a way -- pure perverted ,mangled and tangled, repression when it finally has a slight fissure crack to bust out and let loose. This underlying tension seems to surround our entire "modern society" and has been gaining steam for a very long time. |

To the tune of "Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo" from Cinderella Good question, Lily, it's all quite silly, It's hullaballoo to me. Masons and royals out ripping the night? Hullaballoo it be! No grapes were found toxic, "Juwes" ain't Masonic, It's hullabaloo, you see. Witnesses mentioned no coaches in sight, Hullaballoo it be! The prince was away and had no baby It's hullabaloo, Lily. Crook wasn't Catholic that plot just ain't right, Hullabaloo it be! They're all just lies from crazy guys, It's hullaballoo you see. Masons and royals out ripping the night? Hullabaloo... hullabaloo... hullabaloo it be! (Why? Because sometimes I break into song for no apparent reason... I blame having grown up watching Disney movies.)

I don't know whether I count as a "serious ripperologist" or not - I have been interested in JtR as a puzzle since the mid-60s but have not undertaken any original research. I would count myself, however, as also a serious historian of the British monarchy. On that basis, I see absolutely NO basis for a conspiracy theory, no foundation for speculation, much distortion of facts and a huge dash of anachronism. No legitiamcy whatsoever, as far as ui am concerned. I am amazed you are apparently proud of having seen almost all "the beheadings" - I assume you mean of hostages in Iraq?. What an awful claim!! |
