I have often heard about Abberline allegedly having views on Kelly's 'pregnancy', but have been completely unable to situate a premise for this. The idea seems to have orginated with Rumbelow, who suddenly claims without supporting evidence in his (now dated) 1950's book that Mary Kelly was pregnant when murdered. Perhaps he got the material from the (then closed) file somewhere. It's not in the file now. Is there a newspaper article on the matter? Can anyone assist with this? Many thanks. |

Hey Miss Kitty ! You're gonna make Mr.Rumbelow a mite angry...His book came out in 1976, being written the previous year !!! Seriously..I see the mentioning in my dinosaur copy of The Complete...I wonder where it came from likewise...because I do not see it in the Ultimate by Mr.Evans and Mr. Skinner.
