Scotland Yard has just released a new, top-secret version of the McNaughton memorandum. To the famous three suspects it adds:

(4) WILLIAM J. CLINTON, an American student studying at Oxford. A pathological liar with a pathological hatred of women (motivated by being caught in the tug-of-war between his mother and grandmother as a child, and by the relentless bullying of his girlfriend, one Hillary Rodham, who is obsessed with his becoming President of the United States), his whereabouts at the time of the murders could never be definitely ascertained.

And just released from the Kelly inquest testimony:

CORONER: And what did you hear when you awoke 'round 4:00, ma'am?
WIDOW COX: A woman's scream, coming from nearby, crying out, "Oh! Murder!" Then an American man's voice, saying, "I feel your pain, Mary."

And from just-released testimony from Ken Starr's files:

KEN STARR: Are you Jack the Ripper, Mr. President?
BILL CLINTON: Well, that depends on what your definition of "are" is.

FOOLED YOU! MADE YOU LOOK!
