Caz, On the Artwork: Whitechapel & the victims of JTR thread you said, I love the way small children see the world. Me too, Caz. They can be so 'matter of fact'. My daughter, on climbing into my lap one day twenty three or so years ago, nuzzled and whispered, "I cupboard-love you.. where did the sweeties go?". In her pre-school days - to the best of my interpetation - underwear was 'vester knickers'. 'Dislocated coconut' was what we used to make coconut ice. 'No Lemons' was the "Late, Late Breakfast Show" presenter. 'By George' sang with Culture Club. And "Markses Park" was always a disappointment because it only had clothes, and no toys, and wasn't a park at all. Sigh, they grow up far too quickly. Lyn (Translation of the above for Brad, who is always so confused by the English. In chronological order: Vest & knickers; desiccated coconut; Noel Edmonds, DJ-cum-TV presenter; Boy George; Marks & Spencer (often shortened to Marks & Sparks), clothing and housewares chain.) Never leave home without a paperback.
