Dear Everyone,
After many years happy posting I’m afraid I have decided to leave the boards. This is not a decision I have taken willingly.
It appears that a good friend of mine, Suzi Hanney has been banned from posting with no reason given. Emails she has sent to Stephen remain unanswered. I also emailed him on Monday but as Edgar Allen Poe said, ‘Answer came there none’
If a friend of mine is not welcome on this forum then I would be less than a friend if I remained. It is therefore with great sadness that I wish you all farewell.

G'day Bob,
I also heard the same yesterday, but I totally agree with Bob's sentiments in 'Why?'
I was of the opinion Spry that you had to say something 'really' offensive to get booted. So what did Suzi say? I could find nothing untoward although there was mention a a photo which was deleted as soon as Suzi had been booted.
But Bob, fair dinkum mate, if Spry or Admin offer a reasonable explation, please reconsider. You've been a bloody minefield of knowledge and to lose you would be a shame.

Stephen has been in Germany since leaving England. He arrived late last night and has probably not even read your email.
People should realize that despite us having become overly dependent on the immediacy of technology, not everyone can always answer an email the same day it is sent. Bob sent an email Monday and it's Tuesday morning and he's ticked there is no reply? Does anyone remember the good old days when letter writing took weeks?
My people are so damn impatient nowadays.

Hi Bob,
Surely this is only a temporary suspension?
Suzi would never, I'm sure, do anything to offend anyone intentionally.
As and when Suzi is allowed back in the fold, I hope you will change your mind and come back too. A reasonable explanation for this will presumably reach Suzi as time allows.

Dear all.
I have posted this on the Conf thread but would like to post here too.
Firstly my heartfelt apologies to Ally,I would never have dreamed of doing anything to upset and please believe me that this has all come about as a result of lack of comprehension on my part and a naff email receiving system......also on my part.
Also want to thank everyone who has helped me here,especially Bob and want to say the BIGGEST thanks and HUG ever to everyone concerned!!! I will get to email you individually this evening.
Anyway THANKYOU everyone and I'm so very sorry Ally
