JACK THE RIPPER
IS AGAIN AT HIS TERRIBLE WORK IN LONDON

London, Sept. 10.
The London fiend popularly known as Jack the Ripper is again at his awful work. In the Whitechapel district, at Brick Church lane (sic), an outcast woman was murdered in a horrible manner last evening.

When found the head and arms were severed and the body disemboweled. The blood was yet warm.

The Chief of Police pronounces the fiend betrayed in this instance more appalling than in any of the previous cases.

This is Jack the Ripper's twelfth victim.
