Jack Irwin

Irwin was mentioned as a possible Ripper suspect by A.H.Skirving, of the Canadian police. Skirving mentioned the prisoner, Jack Irwin, in Chatham, Ontario, whom he believed was the Whitechapel murderer. After investigation it was shown Irwin was not in England at the time the murders occurred.
