Alfred Gray

Gray, an English vagrant, was arrested in Tunis in 1889 with a gang of burglars, and suspected briefly of being Jack the Ripper, simply because he came from Spitalfields. While being interviewed by the police a tattoo of a naked woman was discovered on his arm.
